Often, a physician practice will have already identified therapists they would like to retain or recruit for their practice. Our recruitment efforts will target candidates selected by the practice and final therapist selection is at the discretion of the practice.

Our recruiting and human resource departments manages all aspects of therapist and front office staff hiring, including background checks, HIPPA training, code of conduct and compliance training. All therapists are credentialed upon hiring and IRG maintains licensure and certification records.


Compensation Package

Employment with IRG provides an excellent competitive base salary, incentive plan, and executive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K, FSA, short/long term disability, term life and paid time off. Schedules are primarily flexible with weekends off in most locations.
