Our Team

STEVEN MCPHERSON

PRESIDENT

Steven brings to Integrity Rehab Group 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, management, and physician relations. Prior to joining IRG, Steven served in many levels of senior management in the therapy industry focusing on development, operations, and physician practice management. He has been very successful at managing multiple outpatient physical therapy locations across the U.S. throughout his career. His specializations include developing growth initiatives, implementing operational improvements, and instituting clinical education programs. Holding a strong belief in clinical career ladders, he has developed initiatives during his tenure to promote programs providing clinicians growth within their specialty. Steven has also spent several years in revenue cycle operations implementing best demonstrated practices. His experience with physicians encompasses a variety of business models in multiple healthcare settings ranging from physical rehabilitation, outpatient surgery, and diagnostics.

PHIL CHRISTIAN

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Phil brings to Integrity Rehab Group 25 years of successful development, marketing and communications experience with business ranging from $1 million to $4 billion in annual sales. Prior to joining IRG, Phil held senior leadership positions in corporate communications and healthcare companies, where he was responsible for creating and executing the marketing, development and community outreach strategies to grow market share and brand identity. He has been especially adept at developing long-term relationships with fortune 500 executives, high profile physicians and sports medicine practices, professional and Olympic athletes, and national and local elected officials. He has addressed many state legislative sessions on healthcare and education issues and was recently appointed by Governor Robert Bentley to serve on the Governor’s Select Commission on Education Reform. He has also served on the boards of several local and national healthcare and sports related organizations. As IRG’s Senior Vice President, Phil is responsible for creating and executing the company’s business development, marketing and community outreach strategies. Phil attended Penn State University and is a resident of Birmingham, AL.

P. DAVID ERBER, PT

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

David Erber joined Integrity Rehab Group with over 16 years of experience as a physical therapist and manager in rehabilitation healthcare. In his role, David is responsible for the oversight of therapy facilities in multiple states. He has successfully directed both de novo expansion as well as the transition of existing physician based therapy practices to the IRG outsourced management model. Prior to joining IRG, David served in the roles of both staff physical therapist and clinic director for outpatient rehabilitation services. His experience includes orthopedic patient care, clinician and non-clinician staff development, budgeting, financial management and development of new product lines. His primary focus is on building successful therapy clinics by making patient outcomes a high priority. David graduated from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. He has post graduate clinical training in various manual therapy schools of discipline including McKenzie, Mulligan, and Maitland with additional training in manual therapy course work through the Institute of Physical Therapy.

STEPHEN HUNTSMAN, PT

VICE PRESIDENT, CLINICAL SERVICES

Stephen brings to Integrity Rehab Group 20 years of healthcare experience. Stephen, who also serves as the company’s Compliance Officer, is responsible for clinical programming, the creation of educational and training resources, and the development of clinical outcomes and operational reporting tools. He also oversees the IRG Clinical Council which provides opportunities for clinicians within IRG to further their clinical education and to network with other therapists across the country. A key component of this initiative is the IRG Clinical Champion Program which was developed to help clinicians pursue advanced training in their areas of specialty and to obtain clinical specialist certifications. A 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy program, Stephen has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, acute care, home health, and long-term care. The majority of his career has been dedicated to providing outpatient rehabilitation in a physician-based setting. Prior to joining IRG, Stephen served for almost 10 years as the director of a physical therapy clinic for a large orthopaedic practice where he was responsible for overseeing both physical and occupational therapy services.

KRAIG E. BRITTON, PTA

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Kraig serves as a Regional Vice President, overseeing multiple states with a passion for new business growth. Prior to joining IRG, Kraig served in several management roles in large, multi-state healthcare systems. Kraig’s specialization is his ability to drive development of de novo expansion while also monitoring and managing the existing business. He has been exceptionally successful throughout his career by cultivating strong and long-term relationships with physicians and other members of the healthcare delivery system. In addition to business development, Kraig has a strong focus on financial management, metric monitoring, contracting and facility operations. He has extensive clinical experience as a physical therapy assistant in both acute and sports therapy programs. Kraig is a Maryland State Licensed P.T.A. where he attended A.S. Broward College School of Allied Health.

CHASE SIMMS, PT

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Chase joined Integrity Rehab Group with over 14 years of experience in delivery and management of rehabilitation services. Chase has been successful with de novo expansions as well as the transition of existing physician based therapy practices across multiple states. He brings a commitment to establishing strong partner relationships, employee/patient satisfaction, and strong clinical outcomes, driving fiscal excellence. Prior to joining IRG Chase functioned as both a clinician and director in multiple settings, primarily focused in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. He graduated from Wichita State University gaining advanced certifications and training with sports medicine based therapy. Currently, Chase serves as Regional Vice President responsible for operational oversight of clinics across multiple states in the Southwest region.

QUINTIN COLE, PT,OCS,MTC

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Quintin joined Integrity Rehab Group with more than 20 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation services. Quintin has successfully developed clinical specialty programs for IRG practices with an emphasis on clinical outcomes. He is responsible for the clinical and financial operations of therapy services in multiple states. His tenure at IRG has included service as a clinician, area manager and director. Prior to joining IRG, Quintin led the operations for multiple physical therapy clinics with a national industrial rehabilitation company in the southeast. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Florida A & M University and completed his advanced certification in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Allied Health Sciences. Having been certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the APTA’s American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, Quintin is recognized as one of a select group of physical therapists nationally with advanced clinical skills and expertise in the orthopedic physical therapy setting.

KATHY M. PAVIOLITIS

REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER

Kathy Paviolitis joined Integrity Rehab Group with 20 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation services and with expertise in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management. With IRG, Kathy leads a specialized team to analyze appropriate reimbursement and collections. Her extensive depth and background in the management of practice revenue was developed through her prior experience at one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers. During her tenure, Kathy was an integral part of the cross functional team to lead the development of the Sarbanes Oxley compliance and auditing program. She has a key focus on day-to-day operations within a clinic’s operations and ties operational metrics to performance. Though she has worked over the years to keep a strong focus on bottom line, she does so with an eye on providing exceptional customer service and strong patient outcomes.
